There will be a discussion & reading from a new book by ‘The Honest Courtesan’ Maggie McNeil at 1700 S. Loomis in Pilsen on July 23 from 7 to 9 p.m.
Maggie McNeill, the popular sex worker rights blogger, retired librarian and retired call girl behind “The Honest Courtesan” just published her first short stories collection, Ladies of the Night.
Ranging from fantasy to reality and from comedy to horror, the 37 stories’ heroines are quite different but have one thing in common: membership in the world’s oldest profession.
McNeill will be joining Sex Workers Outreach Project Chicago [SWOP-Chicago] for an evening of discussion, book signings and readings. This is free & open to the public. There will be snacks & refreshments $5 from book sales will be donated to SWOP-Chicago
