Open your heart with other smart singles at the Seventh Annual Dating for Nerds Love Fest celebrating cheesy romance from 4-7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9 at The Abbey Pub (3420 W. Grace St.)
Explore amor in an I-Choo-Choo-Choose You icebreaker where attendees decide which iconic geeks to date, befriend or ignore, based on mock online profiles.
Meet a sweetie during board games and Companion Cube trivia featuring bad pop culture pickup lines.
Work your charm over aphrodisiac-inspired drink specials like the Tony Stark (a rich combo of champagne and Campari), the Ozymandias (a nutty concoction of almondy amaretto and lime) and the Bruce Wayne (a dark and spicy mix of chocolate liqueur and chili pepper vodka).
And, woo your new boo with mood setting prizes like arcade scented candles, USB fondue sets and dragon shaped wine goblets.
