For ChicagoTalks Authors and Contributors

For the New Year (or the old one…) make yourself a “gravatar”  or Globally Recognized Avatar that will show up automatically on sites that use gravatars (like WordPress sites) and then use your custom ChicagoTalks page.

1. Register for ChicagoTalks and our Flickr Group if you take photos.
2. Submit your stories and photos.
3. Go to Gravatar the site where you can set up a profile page with a bio and an headshot
4. Your name is listed in the ChicagoTalks sidebar Authors menu
5. Click on your name, and you will see a customized page that shows your picture and bio (from Gravatar) and all the stories YOU have published on ChicagoTalks.
6. Copy your custom URL on resumes and job search and internship applications.
