The Kickstarter campaign for this silicone, foldable, wireless Bluetooth keyboard has been so successful that all the first run keyboards are spoken for. It is called “myType” and you can order one via their Kickstarter campaign for a few more days, and get one in October. If they work as well as the developers claim they will, you’ll see them at coffeeshops everywhere by Thanksgiving.
The keyboard is about 4″ by 7″ when its folded, and it is flexible enough to fit in pocket, purse, or bookbag. The keyboard is set up to work with iPhone 3GS and later, various iPad and iTouches, and Android or Windows 8 tablets. Students can come to class with only a phone and end up being connected, able to take notes, and fully functional, at least in the internet connected sense of the word.

The engineers have been at work on this device and it will hold a charge for weeks, according to their specs. It has a pullout micro USB charger and a li-on battery. It will work within about 30′ of your device and it is even splash resistant so you can take it to the beach or bar or carry it with when it is raining. It comes in bright colors, too.
