Speed Dating for Nerds

Chicago Talks, December 12, 2012
Nerds at Heart Chicago

Find love in the fast lane during quick connections with other smart singles. Put the pedal to the mental metal in mini-matchups with other brainy bachelors and bachelorettes, then rotate seats to meet more partners at Nerds at Heart.

Choose from a selection of optional prompts to get the conversation started (think questions like “What’s the geekiest part of your job description?” and “If you could read only one book for the rest of your life, what would it be?”).

Time flies with a post-round mixer period featuring a geek must-dos mingler activity where attendees share statements such as “Never have I ever played chess” or “Never have I ever made a snow Dalek.”

Prefer snail mail? Send and receive messages using a letter box throughout the event.

Plus, get the chance to win whiz list items like miniature bat signals, Spock oven mitts and laboratory beaker mugs.

And, gain momentum with drink specials like the iPad Punch, the Pocket Protector Pilsner and the Taped Glasses-tini.
