Kathy Kelly Reports from Afghanistan on Cost of War, Price of Peace

The Cost of War…The Price of Peace –a report back from travel to Afghanistan by John Volkening and Kathy Kelly.

In mid-March, 2011, Kelly and Volkening were part of a delegation that visited Kabul and accompanied the Afghan Youth Peace Volunteers in their bold and creative initiatives to seek an end to warfare in Afghanistan. Come hear their report, followed by discussion about ways to bring the troops home and seek fair relations with people in Afghanistan.
