Kendall College chef-instructor Dana Cox will tell you how she lost 50 pounds by consuming only foods grown on family farms—no processed foods.
Cox will host the “Honest Meal Project” at the Green City Market’s Locavore Picnic Supper at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum on Wednesday, September 21st from 6 to 8 p.m.
The Locavore Picnic Supper marks the conclusion of Green City Market’s annual Locavore Challenge, which encourages market-goers to pledge to eat only local foods for two weeks.
