March 11 marked the second anniversary of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. The Osaka Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International presented a ceremony with drums, vocalists, speakers and a photo exhibit. Anti-nuclear protesters from the Nuclear Energy Information Service called for a halt to the development of nuclear energy.
