Chicago is creating a new cultural plan that will chart a roadmap for Chicago’s cultural and economic growth and become the centerpiece for building Chicago’s reputation as a global destination for creativity, innovation and excellence in the arts. You joined us for town hall meetings and Neighborhood Cultural Conversations this spring, now help us to discuss the draft plan and the priorities identified for Chicago in this next round of public engagement:
July 24, 6–8 pm | Malcolm X College | 1900 W. Van Buren
July 25, 6–8 pm | South Shore Cultural Center | 7059 S. South Shore Dr.
July 28, 10 am–noon | St. Augustine College, Essanay Studios | 1333–1345 W. Argyle St.
July 31, 6–8 pm | Chicago Cultural Center | 78 E. Washington St.
A summary of the ideas gathered during public engagement will be available for viewing here. The final plan will be introduced to the public in October.
